Executive Administrator Minister
The Daniell Baptist Association exists to bring glory to God through facilitating partnerships between churches to accomplish The Great Commission. The Executive Administrator Minister is the sole support for the DBA’s mission and reports directly to the Associational Missions Strategist. The ideal candidate will be missional minded, ready to serve and learn new ways to help the 51 churches of the DBA effectively pursue the Great Commission. He/She must have a high level of initiative, prioritization, and flexibility. The hired person will be involved with every aspect of the ministries of the DBA and must therefore be highly organized with great attention to detail.
Job Duties:
- General secretarial duties (check mail/email, answer phone, order supplies, set appointments & meetings)
- Manage Associational Missionary Strategist’s calendar
- Act as a liaison between the DBA, Ministry Teams, 51 churches of the Association, partners, and community to plan, promote, and execute ministry opportunities, which includes, but is not limited to:
- Working with Associational Mission Strategist in planning DBA events, such as
- Pastors round tables
- Annual meeting of churches
- Training, outreach, and evangelistic events
- Working with team members to plan
- Mission trips, both domestic & international
- Summer camps for youth and children
- Training, outreach, and evangelistic events
- Working with Associational Mission Strategist in planning DBA events, such as
- Create monthly newsletter
- Communicate effectively & creatively via phone, email, texts, social media, and in person
- Attend various meetings and record meeting minutes
- Preferred: All aspects of non-profit financial accounting according to the DBA’s financial controls, tax law, and GAAP using QuickBooks and Google Sheets (record donations, accounts receivable/payable, payroll, reconcile accounts, run and be able to explain reports, maintain budgets) and report to Treasurer and AMS

- Seasoned communication skills, verbal, written, digital
- Familiar & comfortable with MS Publisher, Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail) social media platforms
- Hospitality
- Office management
Preferred
- Non-profit experience
- 2 or more years experience with full service QuickBooks
- Domestic & International travel logistics experience
- All aspects of event planning & execution
- Graphic design experience (CorelDraw)
- Website design & maintenance
Start Date: As soon as possible
